New to Grow
Lola Russell has over 15 years of experience working with adults, children, families, couples and groups on issues pertaining to mental health and wellness. She provides a wide range of services to clients who may experience anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorder, relationship issues, etc. Ms. Russell developed her practice with the concept of collaborative relationships with her clients. With her extensive training and experience, she is able to provide a variety of treatment modalities to assist her clients with establishing safe, healthy and productive lives. Her ultimate goal is to teach individuals to manage their symptoms and to establish a framework of support and education to assist with meeting their needs.
In your first session, we will focus on getting to know you, your concerns, goals, and what the reason you signed up for therapy. I will ask some questions to better understand your background and current challenges, and you will have space to share at your own pace. Together, we will begin outlining a plan for our work and discuss how therapy can best support you moving forward.
I use evidence-based methods like CBT while tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I focus on practical, actionable strategies you can apply in everyday life, while also creating a supportive space for in-depth reflection. Clients often notice increased clarity, confidence, and measurable progress over time.
I work best with clients who are motivated for change and open to self-reflection. They may be experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, and are seeking practical tools to improve their well-being. I’m especially well-suited for individuals and couples who value a collaborative, strengths-based, and goal-oriented approach to therapy. Often times, these clients appreciate structure, feedback, accountability, and clear measurable progress.
