Is there a voice inside you that is saying "Life has more for me than this ?" I know this voice and the feelings of anxiety and depression that often results from our struggling alone. Change is not only possible, it is inevitable when we clear out the clutter in our hearts and minds. The journey from surviving to thriving is less intimidating when there is someone to walk with you. My life experiences have brought me to this exciting place in my life - helping people to rediscover their inner gifts and become who they know they can be. I love helping people move forward in the Change process. Engaging fear, looking within, trying new skills, learning new ways to build self-esteem - this is the real currency of life. Depression and anxiety will lift and become manageable. Couples can do conflict well and become friends again. You can make deep and lasting change in your life and pursue the career aspirations you dream of. "The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step". Take your step today ! I want to hear about you. I will ask some basic questions however, what would you like to share ? I create a truly safe space where you can share as much, or as little, as you are comfortable with. Let go of pressuring thoughts - there are no goals or agendas - simply two people engaging a quest of becoming more real and better going forward.
I find over and over again that communicating well with ourselves and others, accepting and loving ourselves, and understanding the Change process lead to breakthroughs in life. I live and teach these concepts.
People desiring serious and lasting change and who enjoy working hard towards their growth.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is really about learning to think more positively and self-affirming. It is work but it is powerful work. I love helping clients envision new vistas for their future and then taking tangible steps in that direction.
Positive Psychology
Your past does not define or limit you. Let's develop together a cache of coping skills that support and empower you.

Lee made it a lot easier than I expected. This was the first time we have tried therapy and Lee made it fairly easy for my husband and I getting started on this process. It was very reassuring when he told us we seemed in tune with one another and focus on some of the strengths of our relationship rather than highlighting the negatives.
