I work with individuals to enable them to move their lives in a direction that they value. I use a variety of interventions and incorporate mindfulness-based practices as a foundation for my clients. I have worked with all age ranges yet currently, I see exclusively adults (18 and older). My background has allowed me to work extensively with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. My theoretical orientation is integrative and post-modern. I have substantial experience working with clients presenting with neurodevelopmental disorders, specifically. I also frequently do testing for ADHD if that is a presenting concern.

Hello! I am Samiyra a LCSW in the state of Kentucky. I received my education from the University of Kentucky where I completed my BSW and MSW. I enjoy partnering with my clients to take the difficulties of life and encouraging them to see the strength embedded inside of them. I understand that trying therapy for the first time can be scary or overwhelming. A warm and comforting provider can make any experience easier which is what I aim to do for my clients. I have experience working with client with addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal thought, PTSD etc.

Hi! I am Victoria Ewing, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, that graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Master's in Social Work and an Undergraduate Degree in Social Work. I am licensed in the State of Kentucky since July 2007 and in the State of Nevada since October 2023. I have worked in outpatient primary care clinics, addiction clinics, medical and psychiatric hospitals, in-home therapy, private practice, and community mental health.

Kimberly completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work at the University of Louisville. She has over 15 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, crisis intervention, structured outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric facilities, large non-profits, and private practice.
