New to Grow
Hi, I'm Nicole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy for adults across Kentucky. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself without worrying about being judged or having everything figured out. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, postpartum changes, or a major life transition, I'm here to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's been going on, what led you to therapy, and what you're hoping to get out of it. There's no pressure to tell me your entire life story or have everything figured out. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while starting to build a plan that fits your goals.
don't believe therapy should feel cold or overly clinical. I focus on building a relationship where you feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and talking openly about what's going on. I take a humanistic, collaborative approach while offering practical tools and honest feedback when it's helpful. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, not just get through another week.
I work best with women who are used to being the strong one. They're balancing careers, relationships, motherhood, or caregiving while quietly struggling with anxiety, burnout, trauma, or feeling like they've lost themselves. They aren't looking for someone to "fix" them, they're looking for a space where they can be honest, better understand themselves, and reconnect with who they are.

I identify as
Humanistic
My humanistic approach is based on the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to better understand your experiences, identify patterns, and support you as you move toward the life you want. I believe healing happens in a trusting, nonjudgmental relationship where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to create meaningful change at your own pace.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients recognize patterns in the way they think, feel, and respond to life's challenges. Rather than focusing on changing who you are, we work together to understand what's contributing to your distress and build practical tools that help you navigate situations with more confidence and flexibility. I use CBT alongside other approaches to create a treatment plan that's tailored to you.
