New to Grow
Are you feeling overwhelmed emotionally or mentally by the demands of daily life? I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly heard, understood, and supported. I strive to create a space where you can be yourself while exploring new perspectives and possibilities. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I value an individualized approach that respects each person's goals, values, and circumstances. Every person brings a unique story, and I believe that story deserves to be understood without judgement.
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin understanding what brought you to therapy and what you hope will be different moving forward. We will talk about your concerns, experiences, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. The goal is not to have everything figured out right away, but to take the time to understand your situation and begin identifying what may be most helpful moving forward.
With compassion, patience, and a focus on what matters most to you, I create a safe environment where you feel heard and seen. Taking the time to understand your experiences, strengths, and perspective is an important part of the process. While I provide support and encouragement, I also offer honest feedback and different perspectives when appropriate. Together, we can identify what is working well, explore new possibilities, and focus on the changes that matter most to you.
Are anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or life transitions leaving you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck? You may find yourself questioning your decisions, putting your own needs last, or struggling to balance the expectations of others with what matters most to you. Therapy offers a space to better understand what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Other specialties
I identify as
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgement. I provide a supportive space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building on their strengths, increasing self-awareness, and working toward goals that feel meaningful and realistic for their lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT as a practical tool to help clients understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we'll explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence each other and develop strategies that support healthier boundaries, reduced stress, and lasting change that feels realistic for your life.
