I am a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to providing a compassionate, supportive space for individuals of all stages. My practice focuses on helping adults navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth through evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs. I am especially passionate about helping clients navigating through traumatic situations.

First session

Your first session is a low-pressure, supportive space where we focus on getting to know you. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and gather relevant history—all at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Strengths

I combine empathetic listening with versatile, evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and creative therapies to deliver tailored, empowering care.

Ideal clients

My ideal clients are adults and young adults who are facing challenges with anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms, or major life transitions. They don't need to have all the answers—just a willingness to show up, engage, and work toward change. Whether seeking relief from daily stress or processing deeper trauma, they value a collaborative approach to building resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a practical tool to help adults manage anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and PTSD symptoms. With anxiety, I guide clients to examine evidence, challenge catastrophizing thoughts, and face fears safely. For depression, I use behavioral activation to schedule manageable, rewarding activities that break cycles of withdrawal. When clients face acute stress or major life changes, CBT provides structured problem-solving skills to restore their sense of control. For trauma and PTSD, I apply trauma-informed principles to reframe intrusive thoughts and separate past trauma from present safety. Because CBT is so versatile, I often build readiness using Motivational Interviewing before using CBT to map out concrete action steps. Grounded in traditional talk therapy, my approach ensures structured cognitive work remains empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to each client's needs.
