With extensive experience in high-acuity clinical settings, I've worked with individuals navigating complex psychological challenges across diverse environments. This clinical background has strengthened my ability to provide thoughtful assessment, trauma-informed care, and steady guidance for families navigating the emotional transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. clinical approach is uniquely enriched by my background as a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor, integrating somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness practices into traditional psychotherapy. This integrative model bridges the science of Western psychology with body-based healing practices, offering clients a deeper pathway toward emotional regulation, resilience, and restoration. At the heart of my work is a commitment to generational healing and family wellness. By blending clinical expertise, somatic awareness, and culturally responsive care, I support individuals and families as they navigate parenthood, strengthen relationships, and cultivate sustainable well-being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll go over things like confidentiality and how therapy works, then talk about what’s been going on and what brought you in. There’s no pressure to share everything right away. We’ll go at your pace. I may ask some questions to better understand you, but it will feel more like a conversation than an interview. By the end, we’ll start identifying what you’d like to work on and talk about next steps. Most importantly, this is a space for you to feel comfortable and supported.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Topics of support include but are not limited to the following: Anxiety, depression, stress, infertility support, perinatal and post partum (depression, anxiety, etc.), single parenting support, NICU support for families, medical termination processing support, grief, bereavement and loss of a child counseling, adjustment to parenthood counseling, parenting support groups, substance use, etc.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting birthing people and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, you’re not alone. I also support infertility, birth trauma, NICU experiences, and perinatal loss with care that honors your story and pace. I also work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, etc.
