Licensed to practice in Kentucky and accepts 36 insurances. Specializes in Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression
Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Central Kentucky. I have been working in the mental health field for 7 years with 5 of those years being a therapist. I received my undergraduate degree in 2017 at the University of the Cumberlands in human services. From there, I went and earned my master's degree in social work from Campbellsville University in 2019. I have been enjoying working with people and giving back to my community.
In our first session, you can expect brief introductions and discussion on challenges that you may be facing. From there, we will then discuss a plan that will assist you in achieving your goals for better mental health and life.
My biggest strength is that I am caring and nonjudgmental. I can understand and validate clients' feelings, creating a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and emotions. I meet people where they are I prioritize truly hearing what clients share, which helps build trust with my clients. I promote self-awareness, helping clients uncover patterns and gain a better understanding of themselves.
I enjoy working with clients that are ready for change and are ready to grow in their lives.
