Taking the first step to seek out therapy is courageous and at times, we do not take a moment to recognize the brave steps that we take day by day. I want my clients to feel empowered and I work hard to help my clients harness their inner strengths and also ways to build their support systems. I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all approach because of this, I make sure to get to know my clients as individuals by taking a deeper look into family background, current relational influences and stressors. It allows me to get a bigger picture of how small changes can help impact larger systems.

Life can be overwhelming, messy, and genuinely hard sometimes—and that’s completely okay. For nearly a decade, I’ve supported adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles, helping them feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their lives. In our work together, we’ll slow things down to truly understand what you’re going through, explore what matters most to you, and discover practical, realistic ways to move forward. I'm not here to tell you what to do, but to work with you by listening, offering options, and supporting you as you work through challenges and build a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and true to who you are. Hi, I’m Jaylin. I’m a counselor, a mother, a woman of faith, and a human being who has had her own share of late-night questions, heavy seasons, and quiet breakthroughs. I don’t sit with people from a distance—I sit with them because I’ve lived through the same storms that make life feel overwhelming, confusing, or just plain exhausting. I became a therapist long before I had the title. Life taught me how to hold space, how to listen beneath the surface, and how to walk with people through fear, grief, transition, and the deep ache of wanting more out of life and relationships. I know what it’s like to carry responsibility, to feel stretched thin, to question your purpose, to love deeply, and to rebuild yourself after seasons that shook everything. My approach is calm, real, and non-judgmental. I don’t believe in forcing you into a mold or talking over your experience. I believe in helping you reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and clarity that’s already inside you—because I’ve had to find my own, too. Healing isn’t about pretending things are fine; it’s about having a safe place to lay it all down and grow at your own pace. If you’re looking for a therapist who understands both the emotional and spiritual layers of this journey—and who can meet you with empathy, honesty, and a little bit of hard-earned insight—I’d love to walk with you. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. You’re allowed to be held while you find your way.

Hello everyone, Cay Williams, LPC here! I currently reside in GA but I'm originally from North Philadelphia, Go Eagles! I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health in some capacity. I truly enjoy working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions that leave them feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I believe in creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood—a place where emotions are valid, patterns are explored without judgment, and growth feels possible. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping clients build coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and reconnect with their own resilience. Together, we work toward clarity, balance, and meaningful change, so that everyday life feels a little more manageable, connected, and fulfilling.

Hello there, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing for the last four years in the state of Georgia. I'm often described as funny, and empathetic, however I will always remain professional, and be sure to meet you where you are. I believe that we are all capable of change, and sometimes just need a little bit of support. I am here to be that support. While it can be hard to ask for assistance, I am so happy that you are here and are taking the first steps towards whatever change you are seeking. I look forward to working with you!

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wishing you could reconnect with the joy you once felt in your relationships and life? Balancing a career, marriage, and family can be deeply challenging, especially with today’s pressures. As someone who’s been married to my best friend for 40 years while raising well-adjusted children, I understand how stressful these roles can be. Many couples find themselves worn down by the lack of support from their partner or children, and the financial and emotional demands of daily life. Together, we can work to ease this strain and help you find direction and fulfillment again.

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help the hurting individuals I worked with in a group home, and a genuine passion for helping others find strength through life’s most difficult moments. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people facing a wide range of challenges—experiences that have shown me just how powerful and transformative therapy can be. These moments have only deepened my commitment to walking alongside others on their path to healing. I’m continually inspired by the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth, resilience, and change. We can change and heal. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way.

Frequently asked questions

Why filter by Georgia rather than a city like Atlanta?

When looking for online therapy, you can see anyone that is credentialed in Georgia. We want you to find the best fit, therefore, Grow Therapy shows available therapists across Georgia from Athens to Savannah! If you’d rather see someone in-person, you can change the filter from virtual and find a therapist near you in Georgia.

Will my therapist take insurance?

When booking you’ll be asked to verify with your Member ID. However, if you don’t have any of the insurances available you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

How does the Specialty Filter work? Can I find a therapist that focuses on a specific issue?

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Why use Gender, Age, and Identities filters?

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

What happens during the first therapy session?

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
