Kim Garcia
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Northcentral University and have been practicing for 5 years. I help children, adolescents, and teenagers with the struggles that young people face as they navigate through their young lives.
Having worked with youth for the past 5 years, I've developed several creative interventions that have aided the youth with developing positive coping skills and improvement of communication skills.
I also help adults, couples, and families develop positive skills that can aid them in developing and maintaining healthy and positive relationships.
First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. Next we will discuss what specific challenges you're facing and how those struggles are impacting your life. This will help us create a tailored plan for us to work through during the follow-up sessions.

Ideal clients
I love working with youth who developing their own personality and beginning to focus on what the rest of their lives will look like. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel overwhelmed by the challenges they face and are searching for skills that can build resiliency.
