Life can feel overwhelming, especially when past experiences, anxiety, or self-doubt make it hard to move forward. As a warm and grounding therapist (who isn’t afraid to add a little humor when it helps), I create a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. You just need to show up as you are. I help adults, teens, couples, BIPOC clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those navigating spiritual or religious trauma reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and build healthier patterns.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I believe healing happens when you feel understood—not judged. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and human. Whether you’re wrestling with trauma responses, struggling with ADHD, feeling weighed down by depression, or stuck in cycles of anxiety or low self-esteem, I’m here to walk that journey with you at your pace. You can expect a therapeutic space where we keep things real. Some days we go deep; other days, we take small practical steps. And sometimes, a touch of humor helps release tension and makes the work feel a little lighter. My goal is always to help you feel safe, empowered, and grounded enough to explore the parts of your story that need attention, healing, or re-writing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring steadiness, adaptability, and emotional grounding to my work, especially in complex or high stress situations. This allows me to stay present with clients through difficult emotions while maintaining clarity, compassion, and hope.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My work is trauma-informed, culturally affirming, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive. I also support clients navigating religious trauma, deconstruction, or spiritual transitions with sensitivity and respect for your lived experiences.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I have used DBT over the past 6 years. Though this method has been effective with my client with a personality disorder diagnosis, it has also been effective with teen client and client with mood disorder diagnosis. Alongside DBT I also practice Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution focused therapy.
