I like to use a gentle, caring, non-judgmental and creative approach utilizing modalities such as ACT, CBT, EMDR, ART and therapeutic art. My office is in Neptune Beach, FL. I see individuals, couples and families.
I got into counseling because I love to listen! It was second nature to me, growing up. I also delved into the works of Carl Jung as a teen, and never looked back. Images, metaphors, archetypes and dreams all inform my practice; they help us process and resolve questions.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing a grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore what they’re carrying and move toward meaningful change. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices like CBT and Brainspotting while honoring the connection between mind and body.
Having lived abroad, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many cultures and walks of life, which deeply informs my perspective and allows me to meet clients with openness, curiosity, and cultural humility. I am also completing my Doctor of Social Work (DSW) next month, further strengthening my commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based, and meaningful care.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of past experiences. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and at your pace—where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping, and reconnect with yourself and your relationships in a way that feels more clear, steady, and aligned.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) woman, a proud veteran, and someone who knows what it’s like to carry invisible weight. I became a mental health counselor because I believe in real conversations, trust built over time, and having a space where you don’t have to hide what you’re feeling.
People who work with me often say they feel like they can finally exhale. I bring calm, compassion, and honesty into the room. I’m not here to judge or tell you how to live your life. I’m here to walk beside you as you figure things out—whether that’s making sense of the past, dealing with hard relationships, or just trying to feel more like yourself again.
I’ve worked with people who didn’t even realize how much they were holding in until they had someone to talk to. I know that reaching out can feel scary or uncomfortable. That’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. You don’t need to call what you’re feeling “trauma” or “anxiety” if that doesn’t feel right to you. All you need is the sense that something needs to shift—and the willingness to take that first step.
Outside of work, I’m grounded by my own healing practices, community, and culture. I value humor, kindness, and realness. You don’t have to show up as anyone but yourself.
If you’re reading this and wondering if things could be different—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to go through it alone.
Hi! I'm a licensed psychotherapist exploring trauma, meaning, and personhood with my brave and honest guests. I'm so honored to be here with you. I’m jumping in from my home state of Alabama, where I’ve been working in clinics, schools, and churches for the past decade. Therapy has been a helpful place for me personally to detail abuse, say embarrassing things out loud, and finally declare peace with myself.
I’m Anna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I help people move from overwhelmed to grounded, often in just a few sessions. I know life can feel heavy — between stress, anxiety, grief, and the everyday demands that pile up — and my role is to create a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to carry it alone. Together, we’ll uncover practical tools and meaningful insights that actually stick, so you can feel lighter, calmer, and more in control of your life. My goal isn’t just short-term relief, but lasting change that helps you move forward with clarity and confidence
I have spent years working with individuals and helping them through addiction, trauma, anxiety and every day troubles. Often co-occurring disorders such as codependency and depression live just under the surface and make it hard to sustain a life of meaning and purpose. When these issues are addressed, true healing is possible. I love to assist people in discovering their true self by working through their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
My practice incorporates the behavioral sciences by utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavior therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy in order to promote emotional healing and spiritual wholeness. My goal is to provide the client with the coping skills needed to face life's challenges without turning to outside sources.
As a licensed clinical social worker, certified life purpose coach, and psychosocial rehabilitative therapist, I bring extensive experience supporting adults, teens, and families in crisis. I also hold specialized training in Child Welfare & Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I help clients uncover their core identity and calling by exploring how past experiences, temperament, and belief systems shape their present-day behavior. Using a blend of personality psychology and talk therapy, I help clients make meaningful connections that lead to healing, self-discovery, and alignment in the mind, body, spirit, and soul.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker based in Miami, Florida. I earned my graduate degree from Florida International University in 2010 and have been licensed since 2016.
My career began at Banyan Health Systems (formerly Miami Behavioral), where I worked as an adult mental health case manager back in 2004. After gaining my Masters degree, I continued to work for Banyan as a Child outpatient therapist and intake specialist. As a mother of three, I am deeply committed to family and believe that "family over everything" is the foundation of my personal and professional life. In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, spending time with my husband and three children, going to the beach and embracing the vibrant energy of my Miami roots.

After years of providing in-person therapy, I transitioned to fully virtual care in 2020, offering accessible, private telehealth services to adults across Florida and Vermont.
In my own life, I’ve navigated grief, major transitions, and having had cancer twice. These experiences don’t define my work, but they have shaped a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest — without pressure or judgment.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and practical. We move at a pace that feels manageable, building insight and coping tools that support real-life change.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or ready for something to shift, therapy can be a steady place to begin.

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) with active licenses in New Jersey, Florida, and Texas.
As a CIMHP, I specialize in nutritional and integrative medicine for mental health, alongside medical social work, grief and loss counseling, trauma-informed care, and telehealth therapy.
I work with individuals, families, and groups facing health-related challenges, including chronic illnesses like kidney disease and dialysis, hospice and end-of-life transitions, caregiving for loved ones with Alzheimer's or dementia, grief (especially for children and families), and the unique struggles that come with military service—such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, combat or deployment-related trauma, readjustment to civilian life, feelings of isolation or loss of purpose, anger management, sleep difficulties, and other stresses from service.
With extensive telehealth experience through secure platforms (including virtual counseling for military-connected individuals), I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy in a warm, non-judgmental virtual space.
Taking a holistic approach, I support the whole person—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual—to help you process difficult emotions, manage stress and trauma, develop effective coping strategies (including nutritional and lifestyle integrations for mental well-being), build resilience, honor your experiences and losses, and move forward with greater hope, strength, peace, and purpose in your daily life.
If you're dealing with chronic health concerns, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions tied to medical experiences, or the emotional impacts of military service, I'm here to walk alongside you with understanding and expertise. Reach out—let's start your path toward healing together.
