Hi, I’m Jaki Neering, LCSW. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who’s passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces where you can feel seen and supported. My approach is holistic and somatic, helping folks reconnect with their minds, emotions, and inner wisdom. Since 2017, I’ve worked closely with the LGBTQ+ community, offering care that’s affirming and grounded in compassion. I honor all the ways we learn to survive and gently support people in letting go of what no longer serves them. I believe healing is possible, and it starts with feeling truly met. You deserve that space.
In my approach to therapy, it's important to me that you feel seen and heard. I work collaboratively with you, creating a space where you feel empowered and safe to be your authentic self. My goal is to support you in a way that honors your voice, your pace, and your unique experience.
I have a knack for really seeing people, while honoring their inherent worth. I hold space for all ways of being and normalize our survival strategies. I understand the impacts of trauma and the need for survival.
My work is grounded in the belief that everyone can rediscover their inherent worth. I’m here to support you on your journey toward self-love and living in alignment with your true sense of Self. My approach blends body-based practices, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help foster resilience and personal empowerment.
Gender-affirming therapy
I have been serving the LGBTQ+ community since 2017. I understanding the trauma of suppression, and the natural medicine of congruence and authenticity.
Trauma Informed Care
I understand the impacts of trauma, and the importance of serving you through a trauma-informed lens. Complex trauma is often overlooked and minimized in a culture, however, the impacts are detrimental to living wholeheartedly.

First session went amazing. She was so empowering, authentic in what she said, she has a warm and soft voice. I had so much anxiety going into my first session with her but, 20 minutes in and I was already starting to feel comfortable...35 minutes in I got to the point of rambling after she asked a question, lol, a sure sign I was comfortable with her. I look forward to working with her on my healing journey.
