New to Grow
Hi, I’m Kadie. I’m a licensed mental health therapist who helps individuals navigate anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, and neurodivergence. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself and build practical tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and feel more in control of your life. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on creating meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and goals so we can start building a clear picture of your needs. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. This is a space for you to move at your own pace. We’ll also talk about what you’d like to get out of therapy and begin outlining a plan that feels supportive and realistic for you.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and comfortable being themselves. From that foundation, I help you explore patterns, build self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping. I balance empathy with gentle guidance so you feel supported while also growing in meaningful ways.
I am best positioned to support individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, and the lingering effects of past experiences that continue to shape how they see themselves and relate to others. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, whether in patterns of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, low motivation, or a sense that something in their life or identity no longer fits. I tend to connect well with clients who may feel hesitant about therapy, unsure how to open up, or even resistant to the process. They may be used to handling things on their own, minimizing their needs, or questioning whether change is truly possible. I offer a space that respects that ambivalence while gently helping them move toward greater clarity and relief. I also work with individuals who are exploring deeper questions about identity, meaning, and belief systems, particularly when those have been impacted by past relational or cultural experiences. This can include unpacking internalized messages, redefining values, and rebuilding a sense of self that feels more authentic and grounded. Clients who tend to benefit most are those who are open even if only slightly to understanding themselves more deeply, developing new coping strategies, and creating meaningful, sustainable change in their lives. Whether the goal is symptom relief, improved relationships, or a stronger sense of direction, I aim to meet each person where they are and move at a pace that feels both supportive and intentional.
