I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I received my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 4 years. I am a native of the community that I serve, St. Lucie County. I work with children, adolescents and adults to improve overall mental well-being through the use of adaptive coping skills to reduce and manage symptoms.

My journey as a therapist began with a deep fascination for the human mind and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives after growing up in the foster care system. I previously served in the Air Force, serving my country. I have a bachelor's in dietetics and nutrition with years of nutrition counseling as well.
