New to Grow
I am a licensed clinical therapist working to help people overcome emotional issues, fears, and challenges in their lives. My aim is to help you achieve your goals and transform into the best version of yourself. My work involves assisting people in reducing their anxiety, alleviating depression and finding a higher purpose in one’s life to attain greater states of peace and fulfillment. I have worked in the field of mental health and addictions for over 10 years and am committed to helping people transform their lives for the better.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your goals, your current struggles, and what’s been helpful (or unhelpful) in the past. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and already a little more hopeful about the path ahead.
My therapeutic approach as a therapist entails blending evidence-based methods like CBT with mindfulness and transpersonal approaches that honor the whole person. I offer both structure and flexibility, meeting you where you are while guiding you toward lasting change. The practical tools I share with you in session are aimed to be delivered and taught in a form where you can immediately apply them in your daily life.
I work best with individuals who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, depression, stress, or self-doubt, and who are ready to explore new ways of thinking and living. I especially enjoy working with people who are curious about personal growth, want practical tools for everyday challenges, and value a holistic perspective that includes mind, body, and spirit.
I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. In my work, I use CBT to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping skills, and take practical steps toward positive change. In sessions, I work collaboratively with clients to explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we practice strategies such as reframing negative thoughts, problem-solving, and mindfulness-based techniques to create lasting improvements in daily life. My approach is supportive and structured, while also flexible to meet each person’s unique needs. I value CBT because it empowers clients with concrete tools they can use both in and outside of therapy. My goal is to help clients gain greater self-awareness, feel more in control of their emotions, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
