Greetings! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Masters degree from Florida Gulf Coast University and have been practicing for 8 years. I aid various populations in navigating formative, stressful & traumatic life phases, events and situations. My primary focus is symptom reduction & stabilization, skills building and destigmatizing mental health care for individuals of all walks of life.
During our first session, we will review informed consent/confidentiality agreements as well as general overview of therapeutic structure. My primary focus is to build rapport with new clients while gathering historical information for assessment and diagnostic purposes. We will then explore specific challenges that you are currently facing to create a personalized treatment plan to work through in follow-up sessions.
