Hello!!! I'm a Christian Psychotherapist, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Miami, Florida. I received my Masters from the Florida International University in 2002 and have been practicing for 6 years. I assist young adults struggling with life choices, couples with relationship issues, family unit to function correctly, single parent with parenting skills all with biblically values. Individuals that suffer from anxiety, depression, or low motivation for the things that create a rich and meaningful life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with young adults, married couples and high school students for the past 12 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping individuals (a) identify the root cause of their challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with individuals who value integrating their faith into the healing journey, and if they are not spiritual they value the process of healing and want to put in the work that is needed for change to take place in there life.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I use principles from the Bible or other religious texts to guide therapy sessions and help clients find meaning and purpose in their struggles. This approach can be particularly beneficial for individuals who derive strength and comfort from their faith. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I assist clients to identifying thoughts, examining beliefs, challenge distorted beliefs , help implement behavioral strategies, provide homework assignments and monitor client's progress.

Family Therapy

We would focus on improving communication and resolving conflicts within family unit. By conducting an assessment, identifying patterns within the family, setting goals for the family unit, implementing Strategies, and evaluating progress.

Couples Counseling

I focus on improving relationships between romantic partners. Through assessment, identifying issues, improving communication, building empathy, resolving conflicts, rebuilding trust, strengthening the relationship and setting goals.
