Most of the time the hardest part of change is the decision to do something different. There are times when we need some help to bring focus, clarity, and peace to our lives. At Purple Heart Counseling, I utilize a mindfulness and introspective approach to help identify your thoughts and feelings. We can focus on your goals and strive towards you living a more optimal and healthy life. I would like to be able to help you create a safe place and a safe space that you feel comfortable to work on the issues that are impacting you. I welcome you to begin your journey today to a healthier tomorrow.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first will begin with an introduction and being exploring the challenges that you are facing. We will explore your history and work on setting goals and plans for future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having served in the military, it is very important to me to continue working with veterans, who suffer with PTSD and assist them in transitioning back to civilian life. I welcome you to begin your journey today to a healthier tomorrow.
