I’ve been seeing Lyanna for a bit now and she is an amazing therapist. I was hesitant at first, but she has helped me inside and outside therapy with goal oriented worksheets and meditation. I’ve seen a big difference in how I handle conflict as well as how I process it. Lyanna just gets me as a person and it helps that I can switch between Spanish and English. To say the least she is one of the few therapist that has actually given me the tools to continue a healthy lifestyle.
