LCSW, 10 years of experience
New to Grow
Hello, and congratulations on taking this courageous step to take care of YOU and your mental health! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. As a graduate of Rutgers University and experience in areas of trauma and anxiety treatment, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and Autism, I feel very fortunate to be in the field of helping others. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside my clients on their healing journey.
During our first session, I will learn about YOU and what has brought you to therapy. Therapeutic rapport and feeling safe to share your needs and goals in a non-judgmental space are priority when meeting with me for the first time. We will make a plan together and I will offer my support and guidance as you navigate through the healing process to find your inner peace.
I believe the entirety of the individual is affected when facing such challenges as PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression and Anxiety. Your life may be impacted in many ways. I utilize EMDR and The Polyvagal Theory focusing on mindfulness to encourage healing, culminating in a collaborative, holistic, therapeutic approach.
Ready to make a change? Are you experiencing challenges in your relationships? Feeling stuck and isolated? Suffering from depression, anxiety, burnout or the effects of past trauma? When life’s struggles get the best of you; it can feel overwhelming. Life can throw you a curve ball you weren’t expecting, leaving you feeling stuck and lonely. I believe caring for your mental health is a vital part of your life and you deserve to live your BEST life. I am here to connect, support and guide you as you find the healing you deserve and awaken your inner joy and find your peace.
I utilize EMDR to support my clients in processing past trauma and help facilitate healing as they find their inner peace.
My treatment approach involves creating a toolbox of nervous system regulating strategies based on the Polyvagal theory to reduce stress and anxiety and promote calm and balance.
