Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will review your intake form to support needs identification. Typically, this results in me giving coping skills to support reduction of presenting symptoms.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is my ingenuity and relational personality. Developing a safe space for lots or just a little disclosure is my forte. Some of the best feedback I get from clients is simply, "You really care."

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I prefer to work with self-motivated individuals working through Complex Trauma. Typically, this is recognizable with more common diagnoses of depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar disorder as well as borderline personality disorder. I am also confident working with these struggles individually.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person-centered therapy, also known as Rogerian therapy, is a humanistic approach to psychotherapy developed by Carl Rogers. It focuses on creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their own experiences and develop their self-awareness.
