New to Grow
Sessions with me are warm, supportive, and genuine. I show up as my authentic self—relatable, engaged, and sometimes even humorous—while using evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to build a strong, consistent therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, understood, and supported every step of the way. I want clients to look forward to meeting each week and to feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Together, we focus on identifying unhelpful thought patterns, building healthier coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and creating meaningful changes that improve daily functioning and overall well-being.
My goal in the first session is to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves without pressure or judgment. I focus on building rapport, understanding each client’s unique experiences, and meeting them where they are emotionally while helping them feel safe, heard, and supported throughout the process.
I bring a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence to sessions that helps clients feel comfortable, safe, and heard. I value building genuine rapport and creating a supportive environment where clients can open up at their own pace without pressure. I strive to meet clients where they are emotionally while helping them feel validated, understood, and empowered as we work collaboratively toward their goals.
I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults who are experiencing challenges with daily functioning, emotional regulation, relationships, life transitions, or difficult past experiences. I especially enjoy supporting teen girls as they navigate identity, self-esteem, anxiety, peer and family relationships, trauma, and the stressors that come with growing up. I strive to provide a supportive, warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can process emotions, build coping skills, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their daily lives.

I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to support clients in building insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping skills. When working with trauma clients, I help individuals identify and challenge maladaptive thought patterns, process emotional experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding to triggers and stressors. I also incorporate a strengths-based, solution-focused perspective to help clients recognize resilience, build on existing strengths, and work toward meaningful, achievable goals in treatment.
Strength-Based
I work with individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is person centered, strength-based, and solution focused helping you build self-esteem, improve communication, and create meaningful change without staying stuck in the past.
