Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 3 years. I help young adults and adolescents struggling with life transitions, depression and anxiety. With a specialization in depression, anxiety, and life adjustments, I provide a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns without judgment.

Allison is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in trauma, family dynamics, substance abuse, depression, PMDD, anxiety, phobias, and low self-esteem. Allison uses a strengths-based and collaborative perspective when working with all clients. Allison also encourages the use of cognitive behavioral and cognitive restructuring to assist with symptom management. Allison tends to focus on how early memories and experiences shape the individual we are today and work on changing old negative patterns and thoughts. Allison is Certified in EMDR, or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, which assists clients in taking control of past traumatic memories and reprocessing them through a positive lens. This intervention is found to be effective across ages as well as presenting symptoms. EMDR can also assist with inattention, procrastination, grief, and phobias.
