I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Kori, the founder of Nest & Nourish: The Perinatal Health Collective. I created this space specifically to support women navigating the depths of postpartum, family planning, infertility, trauma, and anxiety. I know these transitions well, not just from my clinical training, but as someone who has navigated the heaviness of postpartum myself. This lived experience, combined with advanced training in tools like EMDR and Parts Work (IFS), allows me to offer a partnership that is both evidence-based and authentically human. Taking this step is brave, and I am honored that you are trusting me on your journey. I look forward to connecting and helping you find your footing.
In our first session, we focus on creating a space where you feel safe to share your story without judgment. My goal is to truly get to know you, not just as a client, but as a person navigating a complex season of life. Together, we will discuss the specific challenges you’re facing, whether it's the weight of the "mental load" or the feeling of being "stuck" in past experiences. Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we’ll collaborate on a personalized plan that integrates specialized tools to help you find relief. You can expect a direct yet gentle approach where your goals guide our pace. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a roadmap for our work together and a clearer sense of how we will help you get back feeling connected to yourself in the here and now.
Choose me if you’re looking for a therapist who will truly see you and understand what you’re going through. I know how complicated it can be to move through major life changes and feel overwhelmed, lost, or unlike yourself. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, trauma, and the transition into motherhood. I combine specialized training with a warm, genuine approach and tools like EMDR and Parts Work to help you feel more grounded, understood, and connected to yourself again. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up and we’ll take it from there!
I am passionate about supporting women through the perinatal period and the many emotional transitions that come with it. I work with women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, family planning, and the challenges of adjusting to motherhood. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, birth trauma, identity changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of it all, I’m here to help you feel supported, understood, and less alone.

EMDR
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is a form of psychotherapy that helps individuals process distressing thoughts, memories, and feelings. It is commonly used with traumatic events and is also effective in treating anxiety and depression. During a session using EMDR, we will access memories of a negative event while using eye movements and guided instructions. The goal is to reprocess the memory, which can help repair the mental injury and make the feelings more manageable.

Kori has been wonderful to work with and has quickly become a safe space for me! I never feel judged by her and can already see positive outcomes of working with her after only a handful of sessions.
