New to Grow
I have been working in private practice for the past six years, specializing in therapy with adults and couples. I value building meaningful connections with my clients and understanding their unique life experiences. Together, we work to heal areas of pain, strengthen what is already working well, and create lasting, meaningful change. My goal is to help clients let go of thoughts and patterns that no longer serve them while cultivating a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who they want to be.
In our first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and begin getting to know one another. Clients are encouraged to share at their own comfort level as we build a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. Topics may include current and past family relationships and dynamics, friendships, work-related stress, and overall life balance. I often tell clients that no topic is off limits in therapy.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and shame-free space where clients can explore themselves and their lives without fear of judgment. Together, we will examine your concerns with compassion and curiosity while working toward meaningful changes from a place of respect, understanding, and support.
Do you find yourself feeling disconnected from the life you imagined for yourself? Do you often wonder whether you truly feel happy or fulfilled? Whether you’re navigating personal disappointments, relationship challenges, parenting stress, or the lasting effects of trauma, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing, insight, and growth. I specialize in helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, and trauma, including the impact of difficult life experiences and painful relationship patterns.
EMDR
I am a trained EMDR therapist. EMDR is one of the approaches I use to help clients move from being stuck in negative thought patterns toward developing more adaptive and balanced ways of thinking.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I use attachment theory to help clients better understand their relationships and the ways those relationships impact their emotional well-being. Using the principles and tools of EFT, we explore challenges within current relationships and work toward creating meaningful, lasting change.
