New to Grow
Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. I have experience working with adults facing many different life challenges across the life span, and I specialize in anxiety, women’s issues, family conflict, and depression. My approach to therapy is person-centered and strength-based. I partner with you to identify what your strengths are, and how we can use those assets to tackle the current challenges you are facing. Something is concerning you right now, and I am here to partner with you to work through this!
Together, we will identify your strengths, areas where you need support, and develop a plan to get you where you want to be. Every person is unique, and I encourage my clients to have open and honest communication with me to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want out of therapy. Therapy is your special time to learn and grow, and I'm excited to assist you on this journey!
Growth and change occur when we feel safe, respected, and supported. I am honored to sit with you during your journey to grow and heal.
My approach to therapy is received well by those who are looking for a safe space to process emotions and experiences without fear of judgement. My use of evidence-based techniques are tailored to each individual client and their unique experiences, as I do not believe that any single therapeutic approach is a "one size fits all" service. My approach works well for those looking to manage anxiety, learn coping skills, set boundaries, and learn to nurture themselves.
