My focus is to support individuals and couples in healing as they become aware of their inner strengths. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced trauma and suffer from addiction, anxiety, grief, or depression. I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), which include identifying and confronting negative thoughts, using guided imagery, visualization, and other coping and relaxation strategies. These techniques have proven incredibly effective in managing a multitude of issues. This is achieved by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. The plan will utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing through a client-centered approach with the client’s needs and desired outcomes in mind. These methods are effective for people struggling with depression, stress, anxiety, anger, PTSD, self-image, and anyone seeking skills empowering you to live your best life.
