I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who creates a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, and navigate life’s challenges. My approach is relational, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices that honor each client’s unique story. Whether you're managing anxiety, relationship stress, or a major life transition, I work collaboratively to support your healing and growth.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming conversation focused on getting to know you—your concerns, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your history, identify immediate needs, and begin shaping a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often share that they feel deeply seen, safe, and supported in our work together. I bring compassion, curiosity, and a grounded presence to each session. My ability to hold space for both vulnerability and strength helps clients feel empowered, even in the midst of hard things.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have a strong passion for working with women through the motherhood journey—including fertility, postpartum, and identity shifts—but my approach is inclusive and supportive of anyone looking to better understand themselves, process difficult emotions, and create meaningful change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and behavioral challenges. By increasing awareness of the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, clients are able to develop practical tools for managing symptoms and improving daily functioning. This approach complements my strengths-based, collaborative style and focus on empowering clients both in and outside of session.

Interpersonal

I use interpersonal therapy to help clients explore how their relationships and life roles impact their emotional well-being. This approach supports clients in building communication skills, navigating life transitions, and addressing patterns that may be contributing to distress. It fits well with my relational and insight-oriented style, especially when working through grief, role changes, parenting and attachment-related concerns.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindfulness to help clients build present-moment awareness, reduce reactivity, and develop a more compassionate relationship with their thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness supports clients in slowing down, grounding themselves, and navigating stress with greater clarity. It complements my holistic, trauma-informed approach and is especially useful when working with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I use emotionally focused therapy to help clients identify and process core emotions, especially those rooted in attachment wounds and life transitions. This approach supports deeper emotional awareness, self-compassion, and more secure connections in relationships. It aligns well with my relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based style.
