Hi! I am so happy that you have made the decision to take this time for yourself and your needs. I'm Caitlin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Colorado and Florida. I began my practice career as a crisis clinician in Emergency Services serving populations from children & adolescents to the geriatric community; since then, I have moved on to private practice working with clients in Virginia, Florida, Missouri, and am currently living and practicing in Colorado!
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) woman, a proud veteran, and someone who knows what it’s like to carry invisible weight. I became a mental health counselor because I believe in real conversations, trust built over time, and having a space where you don’t have to hide what you’re feeling.
People who work with me often say they feel like they can finally exhale. I bring calm, compassion, and honesty into the room. I’m not here to judge or tell you how to live your life. I’m here to walk beside you as you figure things out—whether that’s making sense of the past, dealing with hard relationships, or just trying to feel more like yourself again.
I’ve worked with people who didn’t even realize how much they were holding in until they had someone to talk to. I know that reaching out can feel scary or uncomfortable. That’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. You don’t need to call what you’re feeling “trauma” or “anxiety” if that doesn’t feel right to you. All you need is the sense that something needs to shift—and the willingness to take that first step.
Outside of work, I’m grounded by my own healing practices, community, and culture. I value humor, kindness, and realness. You don’t have to show up as anyone but yourself.
If you’re reading this and wondering if things could be different—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to go through it alone.
My name is Wendy, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I believe that the therapeutic relationship should be rooted in respect, compassion, and genuine understanding.
My approach combines evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These goal-oriented strategies empower you to tap into your own strengths and create meaningful, lasting change—often allowing you to see progress sooner than expected.
I work with adults, adolescents, and children, and I am committed to meeting you where you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, or communication issues, I’ll be here to support and guide you every step of the way.
I’m glad you’ve taken this important step toward change. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you move forward on your path to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Welcome! As much as you are here to seek support, I also welcome the space and time to be human. A human with experiences, with feelings, with little words, no words, many words...all that you are. In my journey, as a professional, that has been a key aspect to consider and to adapt to myself- I, too am human. In my profession, I have made it a mission to remain open to various training approaches and modalities; however, I have found myself working with trauma, depression/ anxiety, adjustment, and overall life changes mostly, and with adolescents, young adult, adults and couples.
Do you want to feel happy and satisfied with your life? Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Do you believe you deserve more?
I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and anger. You feel happier and more satisfied with life. Together, we can identify what's not working and get things back to balance. We can work together for a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I'm here to help. Reaching out or therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. People deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In the sessions, I'll meet you with compassion, a listening ear and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the challenges and live the life you deserve.

My name is Veronica Williams, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and begin to feel more grounded and in control.
My name is Susana Mejia Vargas. I am a fully bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and my main focus is to help clients with unresolved trauma. Depending on how you are affected, trauma can cause difficulties in your daily life, such as hopelessness, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, constant irritability, and stress. I help my clients better understand the challenging aspects of traumatic events that are affecting their emotional and mental health. I will make clinical judgments about how to proceed in certain situations, but you are an expert on yourself, even if you don't feel that way.
I’m Michelle (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Central Florida.

I have 6 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker where I have been able to utilize my bilingual skills specifically with adolescents and their families. Along with acquiring skills in expressive therapies, therapy outdoors, as well as superhero therapy to utilize fandom and creativity to help clients reach their Better Tomorrow. My name is McKinsey Kemp, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I earned my Master’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino, and have seven years of professional experience in the field, including one year in case management.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced various forms of trauma. My goal is to support each client in finding a sense of peace, empowerment, and renewed well-being.
Welcome to your healing journey! Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or lack of motivation? Every person I encounter I strive to empower the client to discover their strengths to engage in a transformational healing process. I listen to clients' needs and goals. Once established we will work as a team to develop a treatment approach that aligns with your treatment goals.
If you are having difficulties with anxiety, depression, life stressors, or grief you have the strength to overcome these issues. I am dedicated to helping you regain your strengths and achieve the life goals you desire.
Ready to spill? You're in the right place! My name is Nancy, I'm a neuro-affirming therapist (ADHD fam I see you) and your future emotional support human (if you want me to be). I offer individual therapy grounded with clinical insight, millennial energy, and spice from South India! I hope you and I can soon spill the chai! Let me go first. I was raised in the diverse neighborhoods of Queens, NY (yes, just like your friendly neighborhood Spiderman) where I developed a deep cultural competence that now enrich my therapeutic approach. I grew up living with progressive vision loss so I know what it feels like when life starts to unravel. I was night blind by the age of 11 and lost 80% of my vision over the years. Trust me, I know what a Menty B, (especially growing up with all the pressures and expectations of the Indian culture). Whether you're untangling your identity, spiraling at 3 am, or doom-scrolling your way out of an existential crisis, I got you.
My approach blends several therapeutic styles:
Psychodynamic Therapy: to uncover how childhood and family dynamics still show up today (yep, we’re going there)
CBT: to help reframe those “I’m not enough” thoughts
Mindfulness: because sometimes we just need to breathe and not dissociate
Culturally Sensitive Trauma-Informed Care: to support deep insight and generational healing
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. We’ll laugh, cry, unpack, and grow (sometimes all in one session) You deserve a space where you don’t have to over-explain yourself, mask your emotions, or code-switch your pain. I bring my full, authentic self into our sessions so you can too. If you're ready to start healing or just want to vibe-check a therapist who gets it, book a consult or book your session now!
Welcome, my name is Erika Gobbi. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in working with pre-teens, teenagers, college students and young adults, but I have worked with all ages. My primary areas of focus are self-harming, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, developing social skills, cultural differences, life transitions, bullying/social isolation, school anxiety, family conflict and peer pressure. I am committed to fostering a safe and understanding environment for healing and growth.
A little bit more about myself- I was born in Venezuela and raised in Aruba. I am multilingual (Spanish, English, Papiamento, and Italian). I spend my free time with my two pups and husband traveling, fostering animals, and spending time outdoors. Currently, we have embarked on a journey to explore all 50 states.
Using evidence-based practices as well as my years of experience, I am here to guide you or your loved one on their journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life. Hopefully you find me a good match and we can get started on the mental wellness journey together.
BROKEN CRAYONS STILL COLOR! And I am living proof of that! Trauma, mistakes, bad decisions, regrets....none of it defines who we TRULY are inside. These experiences help us to grow stronger and learn more about ourselves in the long run. Growth and healing is what it's all about.
Hi! I'm Sabrina. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of working with children, adults, and families. I bring that experience to the therapy room. I have a high emotional intelligence, and I believe that EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION is a SUPERPOWER!!
I'm an advocate for family preservation and women's empowerment. Women play central roles in nurturing families and strengthening communities. However, they can lose themselves while caring for others. I love to help women prioritize their own self-care needs to help them be the best version of themselves when they show up for others. Let me remind you of who you are!
I especially enjoy working with teenagers and helping to bridge the communication gap within the family unit that often shows up as children get older. I am Christian and I have a wealth of experience with African American families and am LGBTQ+ friendly.
I offer a solution focused approach to therapy. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy empowers clients to own their abilities in solving life’s problems and recognize their strengths. Rather than traditional psychotherapy that focuses on how a problem was derived, SFT allows for a goal-oriented focus to problem-solving.
I am available in the late afternoons/evenings, and I am accepting new clients.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or challenged by relationships or life decisions? Therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity, build insight, and move forward with intention.
Selecting the right therapist is an important step. My work is rooted in a long-standing desire to offer what I once needed myself—an objective, compassionate presence to help navigate life’s complexities.
With over 12 years of clinical experience, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, career transitions, burnout, parenting challenges, neurodivergence, and existential or spiritual questions. I take a collaborative, individualized approach, integrating evidence-based practices to align with each client’s unique goals.
If you’re ready to begin the process of growth and change, I would be honored to support you.

Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.
Hi, I’m Carolyn, a therapist passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults as they navigate anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, blending evidence-based therapies with nervous system-informed care to help clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a supportive space where clients can build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with their authentic selves at their own pace.
I became a therapist because I deeply believe people deserve safe, compassionate spaces where they can be fully themselves — messy, hopeful, hurting, and growing — without fear of judgment. Watching clients rediscover their inner light, reclaim their strengths, and gradually step into their power is the most meaningful and humbling part of my work.
Please note: I specialize in children and adolescents and only work with this population. If you are an adult seeking services for yourself, please do not book.
With over 16 years of experience practicing therapy with children and adolescents in a variety of settings I have extensive knowledge helping children and families overcome mental health challenges. I believe in making therapy fun and engaging for your child. If they are struggling with difficulties at home or school, I can teach them coping skills so they can help themselves feel better. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, anger, depression, OCD, PTSD, stress management, and parenting.
I believe parents are the key to change. There is no rule book for raising kids or teens, but I help parents navigate behavioral challenges and will work with you to rebuild your relationship with your child. I create a warm and welcoming environment where children, teens, and parents feel empowered and supported. Life is stressful and we all need help from time to time.

I believe in the importance of building rapport with clients. I want my clients to feel as comfortable as possible, and I do my best to achieve this by using a client-centered approach. I tend to use a Cognitive Behavioral approach with an emphasis on Mindfulness. However, I believe in utilizing an approach that is best for my client this may also include Dialectical Behavioral or Solution Focused therapies.
