I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to guiding individuals through life’s most difficult seasons while helping them discover strength, healing, and renewed purpose. My professional experience spans acute psychiatric care, correctional settings, medical hospitals, and community mental health, allowing me to support people with diverse backgrounds and complex needs. I specialize in trauma recovery, grief and bereavement, crisis stabilization, substance use-related concerns, and the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and grief therapy techniques. I also offer faith-based counseling for clients who want to integrate their spirituality into treatment, recognizing the powerful role faith can play in resilience and emotional wellness. I value the unique identity and lived experiences of every client and strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where honesty, vulnerability, and personal growth can occur. I believe that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we will explore what is getting in the way of the life you want and build practical skills and insights that support long-lasting change. Whether you are coping with trauma, managing overwhelming emotions, experiencing loss, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to walk alongside you as you move forward with hope and confidence. My goal is to empower you to reclaim your narrative, strengthen your mental health, and live a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

Welcome! As much as you are here to seek support, I also welcome the space and time to be human. A human with experiences, with feelings, with little words, no words, many words...all that you are. In my journey, as a professional, that has been a key aspect to consider and to adapt to myself- I, too am human. In my profession, I have made it a mission to remain open to various training approaches and modalities; however, I have found myself working with trauma, depression/ anxiety, adjustment, and overall life changes mostly, and with adolescents, young adult, adults and couples.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) woman, a proud veteran, and someone who knows what it’s like to carry invisible weight. I became a mental health counselor because I believe in real conversations, trust built over time, and having a space where you don’t have to hide what you’re feeling. People who work with me often say they feel like they can finally exhale. I bring calm, compassion, and honesty into the room. I’m not here to judge or tell you how to live your life. I’m here to walk beside you as you figure things out—whether that’s making sense of the past, dealing with hard relationships, or just trying to feel more like yourself again. I’ve worked with people who didn’t even realize how much they were holding in until they had someone to talk to. I know that reaching out can feel scary or uncomfortable. That’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. You don’t need to call what you’re feeling “trauma” or “anxiety” if that doesn’t feel right to you. All you need is the sense that something needs to shift—and the willingness to take that first step. Outside of work, I’m grounded by my own healing practices, community, and culture. I value humor, kindness, and realness. You don’t have to show up as anyone but yourself. If you’re reading this and wondering if things could be different—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to go through it alone.

Hi—Hola. I’m Andrea, and I’m truly glad you’re here. For more than nine years, I’ve walked alongside people as they navigate anxiety, childhood and adult trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. As someone who has also lived through trauma, I understand how it can stay in the body and nervous system—appearing as overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or a persistent sense of never being “enough.” You do not have to move through this alone. My style is trauma-informed, warm, and bilingual (English/Spanish), and I use an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to your unique needs. I focus on childhood trauma and attachment wounds, and I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies as an essential part of healing. Together, we’ll explore your story through attachment-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, emotion regulation, mindfulness, inner-child work, and mind-body techniques. I also integrate coping skills and self-esteem building to support your overall well-being. If it aligns with you, we can incorporate spirituality and energy-based practices to deepen healing and self-trust. My goal is to offer a steady, supportive space where you can set down what feels heavy, learn tools that truly work for you—like setting boundaries, cultivating a kinder inner voice, and creating healthier relationship patterns—and move toward lasting change at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Ready to spill? You're in the right place! My name is Nancy, I'm a neuro-affirming therapist (ADHD fam I see you) and your future emotional support human (if you want me to be). I offer individual therapy grounded with clinical insight, millennial energy, and spice from South India! I hope you and I can soon spill the chai! Let me go first. I was raised in the diverse neighborhoods of Queens, NY (yes, just like your friendly neighborhood Spiderman) where I developed a deep cultural competence that now enrich my therapeutic approach. I grew up living with progressive vision loss so I know what it feels like when life starts to unravel. I was night blind by the age of 11 and lost 80% of my vision over the years. Trust me, I know what a Menty B, (especially growing up with all the pressures and expectations of the Indian culture). Whether you're untangling your identity, spiraling at 3 am, or doom-scrolling your way out of an existential crisis, I got you. My approach blends several therapeutic styles: Psychodynamic Therapy: to uncover how childhood and family dynamics still show up today (yep, we’re going there) CBT: to help reframe those “I’m not enough” thoughts Mindfulness: because sometimes we just need to breathe and not dissociate Culturally Sensitive Trauma-Informed Care: to support deep insight and generational healing Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. We’ll laugh, cry, unpack, and grow (sometimes all in one session) You deserve a space where you don’t have to over-explain yourself, mask your emotions, or code-switch your pain. I bring my full, authentic self into our sessions so you can too. If you're ready to start healing or just want to vibe-check a therapist who gets it, book a consult or book your session now!

BROKEN CRAYONS STILL COLOR! And I am living proof of that! Trauma, mistakes, bad decisions, regrets....none of it defines who we TRULY are inside. These experiences help us to grow stronger and learn more about ourselves in the long run. Growth and healing is what it's all about. Hi! I'm Sabrina. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of working with children, adults, and families. I bring that experience to the therapy room. I have a high emotional intelligence, and I believe that EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION is a SUPERPOWER!! I'm an advocate for family preservation and women's empowerment. Women play central roles in nurturing families and strengthening communities. However, they can lose themselves while caring for others. I love to help women prioritize their own self-care needs to help them be the best version of themselves when they show up for others. Let me remind you of who you are! I especially enjoy working with teenagers and helping to bridge the communication gap within the family unit that often shows up as children get older. I am Christian and I have a wealth of experience with African American families and am LGBTQ+ friendly. I offer a solution focused approach to therapy. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy empowers clients to own their abilities in solving life’s problems and recognize their strengths. Rather than traditional psychotherapy that focuses on how a problem was derived, SFT allows for a goal-oriented focus to problem-solving. I am available in the late afternoons/evenings, and I am accepting new clients.

Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do: 1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done. 2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change. 3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.

Hello! I’m Kenneth Todd, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families move toward the lives they truly want. I earned my degree from the University of West Florida and have worked across diverse settings, always guided by one core belief: you are the expert on your life. My approach is rooted in Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) — a dynamic, forward-looking method that emphasizes your strengths, your vision, and your capacity for change. SFT is built on four pillars: • Description: What does your best life look like? • Difference: What’s already working, even a little? • Change: What small steps can build momentum? • Outcome: What will life be like when things improve? Together, we’ll explore your goals, uncover your inner resources, and build a path toward meaningful outcomes. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking clarity, or simply want to feel more like yourself again — I’m here to help you discover who you are at your best. Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. I had the privilege of working in an inpatient eating disorder facility for five years and have continued that work in outpatient settings. I have a passion for connecting with teenagers, college students and career women to build a safe place with an adult where they can voice their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I also especially enjoy working with young adult women as they navigate their way through the process of beginning adulthood. I have experience with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general women’s issue. I am especially passionate about working with CPTSD and PTSD. I have received training and supervision in working with trauma as it is a highly specialized field. Trauma survivors need validation, belief, compassion and acceptance first and foremost before a trusting relationship can be established. I have working with women exiting a toxic relationship, having endured narcissistic abuse and/or infidelity (betrayal trauma) which is many times misunderstood by well-intentioned people. My approach is warm, compassionate and highly empathetic as I work to establish a safe environment for healing to take place.

From an early age, I felt a strong calling to help others and found deep fulfillment in making a positive difference in people’s lives. Raised in an immigrant family with limited resources, I joined the military as a way to pursue my education and create new opportunities for myself. During my time in the military, I relocated frequently and had the privilege of connecting with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems. These experiences shaped my understanding of how our differences enrich us, while also recognizing how they can create internal struggles, relational challenges, and emotional stress. This perspective led me to pursue a career in social work. Today, I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care and supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change—one person at a time. It is so hard to try to tell your life story to a stranger, but just know I'm here to help you find the strength you thought you lost but is just hiding deep in you. We will work together to help you achieve your goals. Spanish: Es my dificil contarle su historia a un estrano, pero yo estoy aqui para ayudarle a encontrar su fuerza interior para mejorar.
