Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 23 years of experience with a variety of individuals, partners, and family units. I received my master's degree in social work in 1998 from Florida State University. I am open to work with anyone who has a desire to grow and learn about themselves and others. My shared goal is to partner with folks on informed choice and decision making in life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, we will examine what really matters most and explore areas of life that are going well and areas that might need some attention.

My greatest strengths is my ability to active listen without judgement and to help others lead and guide their decisions, care and treatment.

I enjoy partnering with others on our journeys to explore goals, strengths and opportunities as we all navigate and learn to live a life of intention, choice, forgiveness, grace, and self-care.
