Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) in Georgia. I received my master's from Georgia Southern University in Counselor Education and have been practicing for 10 years. I've helped individuals across the age spectrum (teens, adults, older adults) in navigating life's challenges while helping them accomplish their goals whether they are personal, social, or professional. I wholeheartedly believe the therapeutic process is a necessary step in personal development.
During our first session, the goal is to examine your reasoning for therapy while exploring and processing these challenges. In doing so, it provides me the best opportunity to identify your needs and implement effective therapeutic interventions which creates the pathway for success.
My experience includes psychiatric hospitals, outpatient centers, schools, and community agencies which has allowed me the opportunity to support individuals who experience mild to severe symptoms. Based upon my experiences, I've developed the capacity to individualize my treatment approaches to what best serves the client.
I think the therapeutic experience is an unique opportunity for personal development. I love working with individuals who are motivated for change and eager to make a difference. Within my experience as clinician I have most notably supported teens, women, and men who are faced with a number of challenges (relationship, career, life changes, personal, social conflicts).

Aunteryo was satisfactory in some respects; however, I did not feel he helped me effectively address the root causes of my concerns. While he did hold me accountable at times, there were instances where his approach felt unfair. I also experienced a disconnect in his understanding of my perspective. Additionally, he was not very accommodating of my schedule as a full-time student working full-time. Ultimately, I discontinued services as it was not the right fit.
