If you're feeling overwhelmed by life’s transitions or struggling to find your footing, I want you to know you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m Brandi McDonald, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults build the resilience they need for lasting change.
In our sessions, I combine evidence-based methods with a warm, flexible approach tailored to your unique story. Whether you are managing anxiety, navigating school stressors, or working through relationship challenges, we will create a respectful space where you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll turn insight into action—building your confidence and clarity one step at a time.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups from diverse cultural, economic, and ethnic backgrounds. My career has taken me across the U.S. and abroad—including New York City, California, and Dublin, Ireland—giving me a broad perspective on the many ways people navigate life’s challenges.
Currently, I provide tele-therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform. Many of my clients have found this format especially helpful in balancing therapy with their busy or unpredictable schedules.
My areas of expertise include working with issues related to gender identity, sexuality, and non-traditional relationships (including polyamory and open relationships). I also bring both clinical expertise and personal insight into the challenges that arise in connection with personality disorders such as Narcissistic, Borderline, Avoidant, and Antisocial Personality Disorders. In particular, I help clients process and heal from the emotional trauma that often accompanies relationships impacted by these dynamics.
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique experience. Whether you are seeking support around identity, relationships, or recovery from difficult past experiences, I provide a safe and affirming space where growth and healing are possible.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I find joy in activities that keep me grounded and creative. I love traveling and exploring new places, tending to my garden, playing the piano, working out, and cooking. I also have a passion for interior design and creating welcoming spaces. Most importantly, I value quality time with my family, friends, and my dog, Batman, who always manages to bring a smile to my day.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who takes a person-centered approach to therapy, focusing on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and identify meaningful goals for growth. I approach each session with a semi-structured style, that allows for free and open expression. My style is warm and practical, combining evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy to support lasting change.

Making the decision and moving forward with seeking therapy is a huge step and usually, it's the biggest challenge in therapy. From the moment you walk through my door, you've already got someone in your corner. I take pride in offering a supportive, calm, accepting, and safe environment for my clients. We will work together to identify thought patterns and behaviors, process your emotions, and explore your values and beliefs. We'll build healthy coping skills together. It may not be easy, but it will certainly be worth it.
My education and experience has given me the ability to provide counseling in multiple areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, family issues, teen/adolescent issues, child issues, ASD, ADHD, among others.
Hi, I am Alicia Glasser. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and my work is grounded in a trauma-informed, holistic approach that addresses both mind and body. I aim to support the whole person, helping you or your loved one build resilience, understand emotions, and find balance, not just relieve symptoms temporarily. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
I use a range of integrative methods, including cognitive acceptance strategies, somatic practices, expressive therapies, and techniques to calm and regulate the nervous system. Each approach is tailored to meet you where you are emotionally and developmentally, always working collaboratively and with compassion.
Whether through talking, movement, or creative expression, my goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and supported on your path toward emotional well-being.
