I am a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGS) with experience and training supporting clients with PTSD, depression and narcissistic emotional abuse.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to serve individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions, particularly those seeking practical tools alongside compassionate support. I am especially effective with individual clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and high levels of stress (including work-related or role strain). I support clients who want to better understand the root of their emotions, improve coping skills, and rebuild confidence and stability. For couples, I am well-suited to work with partners facing communication breakdowns, trust issues, marital conflict, and emotional disconnection. I help couples develop healthier communication patterns, rebuild trust, and navigate complex dynamics with clarity and structure.
