Hello! I enjoy using a variety of treatment methods to help you improve your quality of life. I treat adults and children. I've worked in community mental health treating anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict situations, addiction, and a variety of other disorders. Let's work together! I am a Mother of two. I compete in taekwondo as a hobby. Summer is my favorite season. *Please note for virtual session you must be present in a state I am licensed in (Currently Indiana and Florida). If vacationing we may have to adjust scheduling if not in a state I am currently licensed in. * *Starting January 2026-No Show/Late cancellation fee of $55.00 will be charged if not cancelled before 24 hours.
The first session is referred to as the intake. I will be gathering information and forming our treatment plan that acts as our roadmap for where we want to go in treatment. We will get to know each other and I’ll ask questions related to what brings you to therapy. We will not go into deep trauma or process in the first session. This is more introductory and making sure this is a good fit.
I like to take things at the pace that works for you. We will build rapport and trust then move into each concern as you are ready. I like to find solutions that work for your situation.
I’ve worked with a variety of populations. I love celebrating the small successes that lead to even bigger successes. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma, families, children, and adults in brief therapy or longer term struggles.

I found a gem! Jenna was exactly what I was looking for in a therapist. I felt like I could tell her anything and not be judged. She's a great listener and her approach to working through challenges was on point. I already feel better after my first session with her. I feel like I have new perspectives, insights and strategies to resolve conflicts in my life. I can't wait to continue working with her to tackle more issues and grow as an individual, mother, wife, daughter, friend and employee.

I find Jenna, down to earth, at talks to you like an old friend. She listens and understands, and validates your concerns and feelings, while still making you understand you may have issues. I would high recommend Jenna.
