I want you to learn to love yourself and build good relationship and have power to control your emotions and thoughts, while learning to have self-control and conquer the journey ahead! I have spoken in some conferences and am very involved in establishing awareness of mental health. I have two kids of my own and love helping parents and kids/teens understand each other and form better bonds. I also enjoy holistic medicine and therapy and therefore due practice it when needed.
