I'm also licensed in Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, South Carolina, and Wyoming. I'm passionate about fostering a safe and welcoming space for you to show up authentically and explore your uncomfortable emotions and thoughts. My goal is to empower you to make positive changes in your life, create sustainable solutions for the challenges that brought you here, and enhance your self-compassion throughout this process.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In out first session together, we'll spend a little bit of time getting more familiar with each other and I'll ask you questions to better understand what your experience has been, so that I can help support you. We'll talk about your goals, treatment planning, and I'll answer any questions you have.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is fostering a safe space for you to feel seen and heard without fear of judgement. Therapy can feel intimidating, but with the right support, it can bring a sense of light and peace.
