Look no further! My mission is to create a safe space for children, adolescents, and young adults to help them cope with difficult situations and, overall, improve their mental health. I believe that the fate of society lies in the hands of our young people. So, if we want to see a brighter future, we first must nurture those who hold it.
Our first 3 sessions will be used to gather background information, build rapport and discuss goals and objectives for therapy.
My greatest strengths as a provider are approachability, open mindedness, humor, and integrity.
I tell every client that I work with "therapy only works if you allow it to". Clients must be motivated to change and understand that I am here to guide them along on their mental health journey, but I am not able to do the work for them.
