I’m a licensed mental health counselor with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life‘s challenges and transitions. My goals are to help individuals achieve their highest potential, develop healthy coping skills, and live the life they aspire to. I offer a supportive space where clients can feel seen, heard and empowered. Through our work together, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other in a low-pressure, safe and supportive space. I’ll ask some questions to better understand what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and a bit about your background. You are always are in control of what you choose to share. The goal is for you to feel heard and supported, and to begin building a sense of safety and trust in our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I bring deep empathy, attuned listening , and a calm, grounded presence to each session. I’m skilled at helping clients untangle complex emotions, gain clarity, and build practical tools for change, while honoring their unique pace and lived experience.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work well with adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm, and are ready to make meaningful changes. Many of my clients are navigating relationship challenges, whether as individuals, couples or within family systems, and are seeking deeper connection, clarity and peace. If you’re looking for a supportive space to feel understood and move forward, I’m here to help guide that process with empathy and insight.
