Someone that is easy to talk to and will not judge them. We will complete a bio-psychosocial assessment to understand your needs and uncover your goals for therapy.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Clients facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, experienced trauma, survivors of domestic violence, women's related concerns, and postpartum depression. Clients should feel ready to talk about their concerns and willing to work on their concerns. They should be able to meet every week on a consistent schedule to address the concerns that brought them to therapy. First time clients and returning clients are welcome.
