In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is all about creating space — space for you to pause, breathe, and just be.You don’t need to come prepared with the “right” words or a clear plan. This isn’t about performing or solving everything at once. It’s about starting from exactly where you are. In this first conversation, we’ll begin to get to know each other. I’ll ask a few gentle questions to better understand what’s been feeling heavy, unclear, or stuck for you — and what you're hoping for as we move forward together. But more than anything, this is a space where you get to be real, without judgment or pressure.You’re allowed to take your time. You don’t need to have it all figured out. 
We’ll begin to explore what’s been holding you back, what really matters to you, and how we can work together to help you move toward more clarity, confidence, and alignment — one small step at a time.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and safe to be exactly where you are — without judgment or pressure to have it all together. I’m deeply attuned to the unspoken — the anxious thoughts, the quiet self-doubt, the “stuckness” that’s hard to name — and I know how to gently help you untangle it. I bring a calm, steady presence to our work together, along with a deep belief that clarity and confidence don’t come from pushing harder, but from reconnecting with yourself and taking aligned, meaningful steps.
