Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has 7 years of experience. Let's be real, life can be chaotic. I am here to help you with these stressors. I primarily help adults/ adolescents who suffer from trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. I provide support and skills to help navigate life stressors. I empower individuals to set necessary boundaries to help them become their best self. You will always be in a nonjudgmental safe space with me where you can be your authentic self. I am here to help you build coping strategies, communication skills, identify triggers that may cause your anxiety/ depression. Together we can build a healthier and happier life. Trauma can look different in everyone. With the right tools under your belt, you can recover and learn how to move forward from it.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I will do a biopyschosocial assessment to learn more about you. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. You can expect to be met with compassion, respect, and support through every session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a very empathetic, open-minded, and understanding individual. I will always listen and provide a safe place for you to be your authentic self. I will listen to you with nonjudgmental ears and give you the best clinical/ ethical advice I can.
