Hi there, welcome to my practice. I invite you to journey with me in the collaborative process of becoming the best version of yourself. Together we can explore and identify your goals for therapy. We will use a holistic approach using our body, mind, and spirit in a safe and compassionate space to grow and get back to peace and balance. I use an integrative approach which draws on several therapeutic orientations. I take the entire person, community, family, socio-economic and cultural aspects that all have an influence on your life circumstances. I then work with you to identify your strengths and build confidence to take on the challenge of change. I have enjoyed 38 years of clinical practice in a variety of settings, and a wide spectrum of ages and cultures. I truly enjoy people and I am certain that I can find a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs. Seeking therapy can be scary at first but you are courageous. Whatever your unique situation may be, I look forward to working with you to work on your goals.

I have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is the gold standard for psychotherapy methods. CBT provides the most solid evidence in terms of successful results. CBT is working closely wit how your thoughts affect your behaviors, your mood and your life. I also work with several other modalities, tailoring each one to fit your specific needs.
