Working with Dr. Michuda completely changed how I see therapy. She created a space that felt safe and grounded from day one. As someone from a different culture and with English as my second language, I worried about being understood, but she was patient and thoughtful. She helped me organize my thoughts, connect with my body, and approach life with more clarity. I’m truly grateful for her impact and highly recommend her.
