Supportive, practical therapy for homeschool students, teens, and emerging adults (including college-aged individuals) who are available for daytime sessions and want help navigating everyday life with more clarity and confidence. I offer a grounded, conversational space focused on helping clients talk through day-to-day challenges, reduce stress, and build practical skills for managing life as it comes. If you are looking for a consistent place to check in and process daily experiences, I aim to provide a space that feels supportive and approachable. I offer daytime availability (9:30 AM–1:30 PM on weekdays) for both in-person and virtual sessions, which is a good fit for homeschool students, college-aged individuals, and others with flexible schedules.
My approach is supportive and present-focused, with an emphasis on problem-solving, emotional awareness, and tools that can be applied in real life. Many of the individuals I work with are not seeking intensive or deep-dive therapy—they are looking for a steady, space to gain perspective, feel more confident, and navigate life in a more manageable way.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful behavioral change. In my practice, I use CBT in a collaborative and client-centered way—integrating it with mindfulness, solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches to support each client’s unique needs. I often guide clients through examining the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping them build insight and practical strategies for managing anxiety, depression, stress, and other life challenges. I also incorporate real-world skill-building exercises, such as journaling, cognitive reframing, and behavioral activation, to encourage progress between sessions. My goal in using CBT is to empower clients to become their own observers and change agents—developing resilience, self-awareness, and lasting emotional wellness.

I haven't been to therapy in a while so I was definitely nervous, but after my first session with Ms. Lundin, I truly do think I should give therapy another try. Thank you so much again for an amazing first session!
