Up worrying again at 2AM, going through the motions or missing out on the full experience of joy in life's big moments? Let's change that. Hi there, I'm Hanna, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist focused on work with preteens/teens, adults, and couples. I help clients untangle old patterns, build self trust and create lives that feel calmer and more intentional. My approach is warm, compassionate, humorous, and real.
The symptoms and sensations of post-traumatic stress, anxiety, grief, and depression can often feel debilitating, and may leave us bereft of hope that things will ever get better. My main goal and focus is to facilitate healing and collaborate with clients to carve out a path towards a greater sense of inner peace, meaning, and connection. I find that cultivating psychological flexibility and emotional regulation will often facilitate this endeavor and aim to guide and support my clients to this end. I embrace an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, borrowing from multiple traditions and theories of treatment. I tend to use psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am a strong advocate of integrative psychology and finding creative solutions to life's challenges and stressors.
Do you have things you want to talk about but don't feel comfortable sharing with friends or family? Whether it's everyday stress, high anxiety, or life transitions, we'll work together for you to gain clarity to make meaningful change in your life. Issues are discussed with the understanding of how limitations of time, energy, and support affect our behavior. Together we'll find ways to address your needs. We'll discuss what tools may be useful and how they can be modified to be effective.
I’m Arturo, and I’m truly honored you’re here. My journey from 24 years of service in the United States Marine Corps—including multiple deployments and combat tours—to becoming a therapist has shaped the heart of my work: resilience, compassion, and a deep respect for the strength it takes to seek support. After retiring from the military, I pursued my passion for human behavior and earned two master’s degrees from Pepperdine University—one in Teaching and Education, and another in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. For the past four years, I’ve served underrepresented communities as a therapist, helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, confidential space where men can speak openly—man to man—about the challenges we often carry quietly, and where anyone can feel seen, understood, and supported. I also work with couples using Gottman‑informed methods to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and foster deeper emotional connection. My background includes extensive work with domestic violence, family conflict, and complex relational patterns, including facilitating groups focused on safety, healing, and empowerment. Whether you are seeking personal clarity, emotional relief, or stronger, healthier relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you with practical tools, compassion, and unwavering support as you build a life rooted in purpose, well‑being, and meaningful connection.

Hi, I’m Jessica Castro, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I’m also a mom of two and have been married for 15 years, so I understand firsthand how complex relationships and family life can be. I have 9 years of experience in the mental health field and work with individuals who want clarity, healing, and more fulfilling connections. Clients often tell me they feel heard, supported, and more confident navigating life’s challenges after working together. I strive to create a safe, down-to-earth space where real conversations happen and meaningful change can grow.
I’m a licensed psychologist who believes therapy works best when it feels real, hopeful, and sometimes even a little fun. For more than six years, I’ve helped teens, adults, and families heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with what matters most. I support meaningful change in a safe, compassionate space. I bring warmth, humor, and compassion to the process, helping you build insight, confidence, and a renewed sense of possibility.
You want to change your feelings, thoughts, or behaviors, but every time you try, it blows up in your face. (Not literally...hopefully.) How do you get unstuck?! The most important factor is the relationship with your therapist. My main focus is teaming up with you - not telling you what to do - to figure out how to help you create new patterns.
My practice mostly revolves around increasing your awareness of what’s happening in your mind and your body – and above all, respecting your experience. My approach focuses on mindfulness, DBT, and post-traumatic growth. This takes work, but with the help of someone you trust, you absolutely can change the structure of your brain!
As much as I may be in the most privileged of demographics (see photo), I’ve taken a lifetime’s worth of feeling inferior and deployed it for good: Being able to empathize with you, the client. I've worked extensively with anger, grief, substance use, LGBTQ+-related issues, insomnia, racial identity, relationship issues, sports performance, etc.
I have an easygoing way of communicating with clients. My communication style definitely doesn't have that solemn, overly serious tone that you might see depicted in movie therapists. Just to forewarn: My sessions can and will include some (very lame) jokes here and there, but that does not mean I don't take your struggle seriously.
Hi, I’m Heather Parsons, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Parenting Coach. I work with individuals, couples, and parents who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they’re ready to understand and gently shift. My approach is attachment-based, nervous-system-informed, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through safety, insight, and compassionate connection. Together, we create space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and build more secure, resilient relationships with yourself and the people you love.
I am an LCSW and a military veteran specializing in trauma and addiction. I believe that effective therapy must be a safe foundation, built on unwavering commitment and ethical practice. My practice is a collaborative space where rapport is established through trust while a custom plan of treatment is mutually established specifically for resolving resistance to your wellness and achieving long-term stability.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I show up as a real person—someone who listens closely, reflects what I’m hearing, and gently but honestly names patterns that may be keeping you stuck, whether mentally, physically, emotionally, socially, etc. I believe you are the expert on your own life and family; my role is to help you make sense of what’s been heavy, honor your story and culture, build on your strengths, and partner with you as you explore and develop practical tools you can use outside of our time together.

My approach is rooted in respect, empathy and confidentiality. I value the courage it takes to be vulnerable and ensure clients are comfortable sharing their unique experiences.
I do not believe that therapy should be a forever process. I look at my role as being your ally and a guide to assist you in reaching your therapy goals. I work usually within a six month time frame. It can be shorter or longer depending on your goals and your progress, with the intention that once you have transitioned out of therapy that you will continue to build upon your new skill sets, and the healthy coping processes that we have explored together in sessions.
I’m a California LCSW who helps teens and adults move through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My aim will be to understand who you are and the world you are in to create more meaning as you begin to heal.

As a therapist, I feel tremendous gratitude to be able to support ALL individuals on their journey of healing. I aim to use a compassionate and strength-based approach, which allows me to maintain an open mind and heart throughout our work together while focusing on the strengths and skill you already have. I practice holistically to look at the different aspects of the mind, body, emotions, and spirit to find what is needed to feel more peace and comfort in your life. Throughout our time together, I’m committed to showing up with a positive, kind, respectful, nonjudgmental and caring attitude.
Hi! First, I want to thank you for visiting my page and giving me an opportunity to see how my therapeutic style can assist you with reducing your distress and increasing your life satisfaction. I am so honored that you have decided to review my profile and see if I am a good fit for your journey.
I have been working as a therapist with a variety of mental health disorders and systemic family dynamics since 2015. I initially pursued a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and decided that was an unfulfilling career direction for me. Upon deciding to pursue a master’s degree, I decided to pursue the MFT field. Becoming and MFT was the career goal I had as a teenager, so you could say that pursuing the field is a lifelong dream come true.
My methods of therapy are person led. I like to provide space, and safety to assist you with addressing the reasons you made the brave choice to pursue therapy. I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). It is a gentle, evidenced based method that uses mindfulness and increases coping skills to assist with achieving therapeutic goals. Additionally, I utilize the technique of Brainspotting that assists with deeper, difficult to resolve trauma.
I am LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. I work with clients who are questioning, in their transition process, as well as those who are working on their mental health unrelated to their sexual and gender orientation. If necessary, I can consult with you if you need me to provide gender affirming letters when required for insurance and surgical and hormonal procedures.
I really appreciate the time that you took to read through all this information, and I hope that it helps you make an informed decision.
Hey! I’m Kimberly, a California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a double master’s degree from USC. I work with clients who are going through transitional periods of their lives (navigating the dating scene, breakups, college, work stress, marital issues, antepartum, postpartum, infertility). I help clients who are struggling with anxiety and self-worth learn coping skills to make better decisions and to lead a happier life. I create a warm, supportive space for men and women to uncover what needs to change and to create a path to where they want to be.
Through virtual one-on-one therapy, I empower individuals to navigate challenges, heal past wounds, and build confidence and meaningful, fulfilling relationships.
I treat eating disorders across the spectrum, including ARFID and binge eating disorder, using DBT, emotion-focused interventions, and EMDR when appropriate to address underlying trauma, distress intolerance, and entrenched avoidance patterns.
My work focuses on reducing symptom-driven coping (restriction, avoidance, bingeing) while building sustainable skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and recovery-oriented eating.
When you’re ready to begin your recovery journey—or if you simply need a supportive check-in to regain stability and momentum—I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.

We all struggle at times to see our inner strengths and capabilities due to the life experiences which have shaped us. I work in the belief that we each have everything we need to achieve a fulfilled and successful life already present within us; sometimes we just need a little help accessing it. Using a multi-modality approach I encourage my clients to work in the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring us to self awareness, acceptance, and lasting change.
I began my working career as an EMT in pre-hospital and Emergency Room settings. The desire to further my education and better serve my community led me to pursue becoming an LMFT. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandman University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Counseling from Brandman University. I have additional training and experience in Clinical Pastoral Education from the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base and have worked in both residential treatment and clinical settings.
I have four sons and two grandchildren. In my off time I enjoy spending time in nature, photography, and attending baseball games with my husband of 25 years.

Ever since I was a young man, I had the desire to help others in need. My classmates told me that I should be a psychiatrist due to the fact I had a natural ability to read people very well. I am glad I get to do what I am passionate about for a living; it feels as if I am not working at all because I enjoy the work so much. My style of therapy is conversational. I would never ask what is wrong with you, but what is right with you. Working from the strengths perspective is important because enhancing our strengths can help you be a better person and what is why you come to therapy in the first place.
I create a compassionate safe space where individuals can explore their experiences, heal, and rediscover their inner strength to help clients navigate their life challenges. I use a holistic and person-centered approach, drawing from evidence-based practices to address a wide range of concerns. I enjoy helping clients align with your desired lifestyle and take meaningful first steps toward the changes they seek. I am dedicated to walking alongside my clients to help them develop resilience, build healthier relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling life with confidence and purpose.
My dream client is a high-functioning woman who appears to be managing it all—but inside, she’s carrying the weight of anxiety, pressure, and deep emotional overwhelm. She might be navigating a major life transition like divorce, a career pivot, motherhood, fertility challenges, or menopause. She may be successful on paper yet struggling to maintain boundaries, meet others’ expectations, or feel truly connected to herself. She could be facing workplace discrimination, identity shifts, or silently asking, “When is it my turn to exhale?”
I work best with women who are insightful, motivated for change, and ready to explore the roots of their stress—not just cope, but understand. Using an integrative blend of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy, I offer a collaborative, empowering space where clients can slow down, reflect, and build tools for realignment—emotionally, mentally, and authentically.
