Hello there! Life is a journey, and we all need help sometimes. Congratulations on making the first step to taking back control over your life. You are brave and courageous to starting this journey and exploring the benefits that therapy provides. I am a California based, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I became a mental health provider because I believe everyone deserves to have adequate access and have the support to be in good mental health. I love the social work profession and that I can make a real difference in people's lives. I have clinical experience working with diverse populations of adults in multiple behavioral health settings. I am here to support you with the process of getting your life back on track. I truly believe that to experience the best life you can, you must care for all aspects of your health and wellness, which of course includes mental and emotional health. I offer telehealth therapy sessions. Telehealth really helps to reduce anxiety and help you get back on track with your life, conveniently from the comfort of your own space. Together, we will work to find ways to get you back on track towards a fulfilled life. You deserve a space to safely and comfortably open, heal, learn, and grow during therapy. I empower adults to overcome burdens of anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, life adjustments, postpartum, separation and divorce, domestic violence, substance abuse, higher education and first-generation college students. I am firm believer on meeting you with where you are. At the end of the day, we are a team and you are the only expert on your life. I will be your teammate and your biggest cheerleader to help you navigate and explore ins and outs of your journey by providing a safe and non-judgment space.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief inductions and complete a detailed intake assessment with questions all about you and your history. We will then explore the things that brought you to therapy, the things you want to work on and your goals for therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through things in our follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe change happens when people are given the support, they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling and happy lives. I provide an environment of compassion and support to help individuals thrive. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive therapy space for my clients. I will always use an empathetic and person-centered approach during all sessions. I am fully committed to listening and to offer my best professional practices to help my clients grow. I believe the therapist and client relationship is essential to the therapeutic process. I take pride in establishing rapport with all my patients. I pride myself on treating each one of my clients with the dignity, respect, and compassion they deserve on their mental health journey.
