I believe that it crucial to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for the person to fully express what they are experiencing. It is also important to address all the issues. During the initial session, together, we will explore the issues that brought you in therapy, we will collaboratively develop a treatment plan that is tailor to your specific needs
I provide reflective and active listening. Being warm and nonjudgmental, reframing and empathy. I hold each client in an unconditional regard. I always keep an open mind.
As a therapist, my goal is to help others find their own personal path to healing, to find their inner peace and joy. My approach is designed to fit the needs and preferences of each person. I also incorporate emotionally focused and mindfulness therapy techniques when needed.
I used CBT along with other methods to work with client who are experiencing depression and anxiety. I used CBT to help client identifying and challenging negative thoughts as a way to improve their mental health. It help client understand the patterns and how to improve one's self.
With DBT, I work with client to focus on building coping skills that can help them manage their emotions as well as dealing with distress tolerance and relationship issues. With this method, I help client reduce behaviors that can be harmful to them and working on improving their day to day life.
With this method, I help client focused on finding a solution to the situation rather than focus on the problems at hand. We focused on working toward goals.
