Hi! My name is Dr. Asher Trahan and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I received my Doctor of Psychology degree at the California School of Professional Psychology.
I specialize in working with adult and geriatric patients, suffering from a variety of mental health issues ranging from anxiety, depression, PTSD, personal issues, grief and loss as well as life transitions. My approach to psychotherapy comes from an attachment-focused and person-centered perspective while considering life's stressors and mental health issues. This allows me to treat each person based on uniquely what makes them who they are and work through each of their specific issues.
I’m Jasmine - a therapist with almost 20 years experience working in a variety of settings with a passion for helping people feel like the best version of themselves. Welcome to my practice!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with more than 20 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, anger issues, and self-harm behaviors. I want to get to know you and what might be happening with you that you are seeking counseling for. Most people come to therapy when they are in some type of distress. Sometimes this is conscious and sometimes not. If you are feeling powerless or distressed for some reason or grieving a loss in life, I would like to see how we can work in therapy.
The way we work will depend on the issues you bring to therapy. I have experience with different approaches to therapy including but not limited to HUMANISTIC THERAPY (includes the importance of personal responsibility, and a positive, non-judgmental approach), STRUCTURAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (includes the importance of family structure and healthy boundaries), GOTTMAN (includes helping couples communicate better, resolve conflicts constructively, and create a shared sense of meaning), CBT (generally includes a short-term approach that helps you identify and change negative or unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior to improve your mood and overall well-being).
All the above types of counseling styles point towards change or growth. Many times, there is a creative element to counseling and many times the counseling can give you more of a sense of purpose for yourself in life. Please see my calendar with Grow to sign up for an appointment today.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, discover strengths, and build meaningful change. Watching my family members struggle with addiction was a driving factor in my journey to becoming a Certified Substance Use Counselor and later a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have spent the last 14 years working with individuals who are experiencing both mental health concerns and substance use dependence. You should know that I absolutely love my job and feel incredibly blessed being able to join clients on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
I truly believe each individual is the expert on their own life and trust that through treatment, they will learn more about themselves and gain confidence as they contribute in their healing process. My vision for therapy is to aid each client in gaining awareness about who they are and how they came to be with an empathic and client centered approach.
Hi I am Kao, I firmly believe that as humans we have an innate desire for growth and balance. Unfortunately, often we physically respond to ingrained negative cues and messages that get stuck in our body. Many times these old cues manifest themselves in our body as anxiety, depression, and other trauma responses. It can feel like we are living life just trying to cope with the loudness of these negative messages. What if instead of just gaining tools to “cope” with these trauma responses, we could eliminate them all together? How might your life look? My hope is that in our work together we will be able to address wounds and move towards healing so that you don’t have to “cope” anymore. Instead you can thrive and have a sense of self-awareness that brings constant peace and clarity.
Hi, I'm Kristen Montiel. Searching for the right therapist can be a daunting process when you may already be feeling stressed or struggling. I know it's not easy and I'm so glad you're here! After experiencing my own struggles with family and relationships, I set out to help others who also felt stuck. I have a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling and a doctorate in psychology. With over 15 years of experience, my focus is helping individuals and couples understand themselves and use their own strengths to discover healing, even in the most difficult circumstances. I provide a non-judgmental space where clients can feel comfortable to work through challenges by exploring deep rooted patterns of hurt and disconnect, while developing new perspectives, learning new skills, and creating sustainable changes. I’ve helped hundreds of people find hope and renewed satisfaction in their lives and relationships. I look forward to helping you too!

Welcome! I'm Mia Grajeda-Willard, LCSW. I am the proud spouse of a Marine Corp. veteran and the granddaughter of a World War II veteran. These amazing humans are proud of their military service and the legacy it provides their families for generations to come. While that is true, what is also true is that transitioning from military life back to civilian life was a struggle for them, as I know it is for many veterans and their families.
I have committed my career to serving those who served this country by walking alongside veterans, and their family members to affirm their identity, transition back to civilian life, heal from painful traumas, and reconcile ruptures in relationships that may have resulted in challenges from military life or pre-military childhood upbringings.

Navigating life's challenges can be daunting, especially when they stem from deep-rooted experiences like childhood trauma or complex PTSD. But you're not alone in this journey. As a therapist, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely express, process, and explore their emotions. Whether you're an active-duty military member, part of a neurodiverse couple, or an individual facing various struggles, my goal is to support you every step of the way. I possess a decade-plus of expertise in aiding adults, adolescents, couples, and families during challenging times. With a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, I am licensed in CA and OR and boast additional certifications in various modalities, including trauma-informed therapy.
Hello, I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Cal Baptist University in Riverside, Ca. and have over 15yrs of practice. I help combat veterans and first responders work through their struggles that are often associated from their traumatic experiences. This leads to helping with improving their quality of life.
I’m Sahebjit “TJ” Singh, a depth specialist in identity issues and complex trauma. I work with people who are ready to stop running from the parts of themselves they have buried or avoided. We go straight to the core wounds, the patterns that hold you back, and facing truths that you been avoiding for years. My style is Radical Compassion. I name the hard truths and stay present while you face them. This is not surface-level therapy. It is direct, emotionally honest, and demanding work. Many people say they want this level of depth until it becomes uncomfortable. So take a moment and be honest with yourself. If you want change but tend to back away when it gets uncomfortable, it is better to keep looking. Most people do. If you have outgrown your own avoidance and you are done letting old patterns run your life, schedule a session. Not because you feel ready, but because you finally know you cannot wait for readiness. If depth feels overwhelming, step back. If something in you knows you need this, you already know the next step. I would really recommend going to my website: SupportSpiritCounseling.com to gain insight if I am a good fit for you.

As an American Family Therapist, I work from a systemic perspective, focusing on the entire family unit rather than just the individual. My goal is to help families uncover and understand deep-rooted patterns and issues that interfere with healthy communication and connection. Through this process, I support each member in developing more effective ways of relating, resolving conflict, and fostering emotional safety with the family system. I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy and view my work through that lens. This means focusing on mindfulness, expanding tolerance for discomfort, increasing effectiveness in relationships and strengthening emotional regulation. When challenges arise in therapy, I often find that the root of the issue can be addressed through one of these core areas. For clients struggling with post-traumatic stress injuries-particularly common in military populations-I also incorporate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help them reframe and work through trauma-related beliefs. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and tailored to the needs of each individual or family.

Balancing work, personal responsibilities, relationships, and health can feel like an uphill battle! Don't even get me started on the never ending laundry basket, the appointments you haven't made yet, and the to-do list that is lost somewhere in the notebook you can't find. You might feel isolated and like no one else seems to be struggling the way you are. You might doubt that your experience is even real and have thoughts like, "maybe I am just lazy!" Maybe your relationships are suffering because your loved ones don't understand why you show up inconsistently. Maybe your self-esteem is low because you can't understand why you have been able to function really well in some areas or in some stages of life, but right now you are really struggling. Maybe you are really afraid to open up to a therapist because you have had a string of very invalidating experiences with doctors, therapists, and others you were hoping would help you.

Hello,
I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that).
At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy.
As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran.
Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.
My name is Justin Phillips and I have been helping people with life's challenges for over 18 Years. My fulltime roll is working with an addiction treatment agency and I provide individual psychotherapy as part of my private practice. I am an honorably discharged combat veteran and specialize in working with people who have complex mental health challenges, veterans, folks with substance use problems, the formally incarcerated and many others. I am compassionate, caring and provide quality care.
I am married with 5 children and live in the East Bay. I have been a lifetime Bay Area resident and enjoy what our communities have to offer. I connect well with people from all cultures and strive to learn more about your individual situation before jumping to conclusions. I am a fierce advocate for the underserved and have helped pass national and state level legislation to protect people and the helping professions.
My style of therapy is relational and focused on helping my clients feel better, live better and have a better quality of life. I use a variety of theraepuetic techniques to accomplish this and am open to adjusting treatment to fit the person, as opposed to checking boxes.

As a practicing visual artist for 22 years I understand the psychological, emotional, financial and lifestyle challenges that creatives face in a world that prioritizes capitalism over creativity. I will help you to use your unique gifts and talents in order to live your life in the fullest expression of yourself.
