Hello, thank you for taking an interest in my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I provide therapy through an online platform. I specialize in working with the military, veteran, first responder populations and their families. I am trained to support adults and healthy aging. I became a therapist because I saw the stigma around attending treatment and thought I could help people feel comfortable in their decision to begin their therapy journey.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During the first session, we will complete an assessment, which involves a lot of personal questions. I will guide you through the most gentle but direct approach so we can create a safe space and get started on your healing journey.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Before becoming a therapist I served 21 years in the Army. I have also worked in law enforcement, the court system, and for the VA. I am well versed in reading their documentation, navigating their apps and websites, and assisting with disability ratings.

I specialize in assisting adults and couples who have encountered seasons in their lives that need exploration and healing; particularly military, veterans, first responders, and their family members. Our partnership will utilize an integrative approach to healing by blending mindfulness with evidence-based interventions.

Trauma can be the cause of many ailments, emotional and physical. I have over ten years of experience working with trauma survivors and will work with you to determine the best course of treatment.
